We had hoped to head out from shore to get into some big fish, but the rains from the previous three days had shut down the fishing. No one was catching much.  Brandon offered to take us out, or take us shrimping.  We decided it would be more fun to catch lots of shrimp, and we did.  We learned a lot, had tons of fun, and brought back 40+ lbs of shrimp when others were catching nothing. We had a mixed group of men, women, and children and all had a fun time.  The great boat crew salvaged a potentially dampened day and made a great memory.
