Matt was a great guide. Knowledgeable, courteous and very willing to do everything possible to ensure a fun trip for us. We were able to bring home some great eating fish for dinner and next day’s lunch. We highly recommend Matt if you want a great guide in Sanibel.

Awesome experience.  He was great with my kids and very patient. Two of my kids are special needs and he was great with them.  Got us on the fish and fileted all the fish perfectly.  I would highly recommend Captain Matt to anyone,  especially if you have kids!

We had a wonderful 4 hour fishing experience.  Captain Matt took us to where 3 of our crew caught sharks. Then off to fishing for dinner!  We caught several different types of fish.  Lots of laughs and great memories!  Thank you !

Highly recommend Capt Matt! He asked us first thing what kind of fish we wanted to catch and after telling him we were looking for some good eating, he had us on some trout in no time. Quickly got our limit, so we moved to a new spot to try and catch a shark but a storm rolled in and ended our time on the water. He knew the area well and made sure we had an enjoyable trip. Will book with him again!

Matt was patient, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.  He taught us things we never even knew about the ocean.  Our trip went over three hours longer because my husband hooked a Tarpin at the end.  Matt did not stop, even though our time expired.  He was just as excited as we were. Matt coached my husband for 4 hours and helped him reel the monster in!  We caught three different types of sharks, saw dolphins, jumping stingray and of course, the Tarpin! This trip was better than I ever expected and we can not wait to go out with Matt again.
