An avid angler and local to the Tampa Bat area, Capt. Phil used to enjoy taking his friends out on fishing trips. Those same friends encouraged him to start doing it professionally and he decided to take up their advice and got his fishing license. He loves taking different people fishing, no matter how much experience they have on the water.
