Good Morning Anglers, The 2021 fishing season is getting started and Pipe Dream III with Captain Scott and 1st Mate Ronnie are ready to help you experience some adventures on The Southeast Atlantic. Beginning January 4, 2021 the vessel Pipe Dream III underwent some major overhauls. Starting with the engines our master mechanic improved the performance and reliability. Adding new 4 blades props has increased the speed to reach the fishing hot spots sooner and give the anglers more time to catch a trophy. Whether it is trolling the Blue Water at the Gulf Stream for Wahoo, Mahi, Tuna, Sailfish and Marlin or Bottom fishing for Grouper, Cobia, Trigger Fish, Amberjack or Various Snapper species the 1st mate will be there to assist you getting the trophy onboard. Grouper season opens May 1st and our Red Snapper season has not been announced by NOAA. By mid April thru early June the Mahi should be showing up in good numbers, mixing in some Tuna and Wahoo makes a great day at the ledge. Currently, closer to shore, good size Black Sea Bass and Bull Reds are on the reefs and wrecks. Mid May thru mid September trolling for Kings will be giving some fast paced action and with the local King tournaments beginning in May, Pipe Dream III will be looking forward to some charter anglers lucky enough to get on the board for some tournament prize money.
