We were in Daytona for a family vacation and we wanted to go fishing. I got on fishing booker to look for a charter. That’s where I decided on Captain Mike, and I’m sure glad I did. He far more than exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 5 on the boat and everyone on the boat caught a lot of fish and it was great because we caught a lot of different species. Captain Mike was great at doing everything he could to make sure everyone on the boat was included and had a great time. We also got to see lots of different birds and dolphins while we were out on our trip as well.  His knowledge and love for fishing is absolutely amazing. I’d highly recommend Captain Mike for anyone wanting to go out on a fishing trip to have a great time.

Direction and instructions were clear an easy to follow both getting there and on board his boat.  The equipment was in great shape and Captain Mike keep our hooks, line and gear squared away the entire trip.  We started off good but the fish seemed to evade us for the last half of the trip; that’s fishing.  We had a great time and recommend Captain Mike for your next trip.

We had a great time! Caught one shark, had a big one get off, and caught several smaller aggressive fish types.
Captain Mike even filleted a couple for us to take home. Will do this again next time!

My son’s and I have been fishing annually for the last 5 years. First time in the Daytona area and selected Captain Mike based on the reviews. His boat and equipment were in excellent working order, he actively engaged in conversations and while we didn’t catch huge numbers of fish I would use him again.

Now if Captain Mike could control the fish bite it would have been a different story! We had a great time and did catch enough Mangrove Snapper for a delicious meal!

Captain Michael was very informative, familiar with the area & hot spots for fish! My son caught his biggest flounder to date, as well as a large bluefish, and several mangrove snapper. He was informative about the local wildlife (birds,etc) and was a great conversationalist! After the trip, also professionally filleted the catch!! Felt like we were fishing with a buddy!! 100% recommend!!! Amazing day!
