Captain Scott should be your #1 pick. Boat and equipment were awesome. Had a great sense of humor along with his professional knowledge. Answered all the questions the kids, wife and I could throw at him. Took some pictures when he wasn’t busy pulling fish off the lines and baiting them. We caught so many we lost count. Had a six to seven foot sandbar shark steal a fish when my son was reeling it in and the hook set in the shark. Captain Scott coached my son and I for an almost 20 minute battle with the shark.
This was our first time out deep sea fishing but I can safely bet that it won’t be our last.

We had an amazing time with Captain Scott.  Great day to be on the water on a nice boat, with friends, and a great captain.  Most of us on the trip have fished our whole lives but this was a new experience for us.  Scott took care of us and taught us a lot.  He answered all of our questions and provided good conversation as well.

We were able to catch enough to feed ourselves and our families once we got home that evening.  Even caught some really nice fish that we were not able to bring back due to them being a little short, or out of season.  Overall wonderful experience that i would totally book again.

I’ve done a lot of fishing but being from South Dakota I hadn’t been deep sea fishing. Captain Scott put us on fish and made our first experience a good one. I appreciate a good sense of humor and Captain Scott had me on the ropes almost immediately. My family loved that. I also appreciated how attentive he was with our daughter who unfortunately did not have a great trip. Someone had to chum the water and this was apparently her turn.

We went on a deep water half day trip with 6 people and had a blast! We went to multiple spots and if one didn’t offer good fish or enough bites we would move on to another spot! We all had a good time, each of us had good hits and some good fighting fish. Captain Scott made an effort to get all of us on fish and made it a good experience for the entire party!

Had a great trip, caught lots of fish. Many we released, was not there to fill my cooler. Brought some home for dinner that night. Booked the 5 hour trip. When my ribs and inner arm are bruised and sore from the rod, that’s an indication of very little idle time. Captain and first mate were very professional and attentive. We were a party of 3 with one first timer. The crew paid special attention and made sure that person had a positive experience. I would book again.
