Fishing is a profession that has represented a way of life in family Radonić for centuries. The love for the sea, fish, and fishing is passed down from generation to generation. The experience of ancestors in the art and craft of fishing with old, traditional tools has become a rarity in the Adriatic. If you want to get to know and experience this unique way of fishing, join us! Embark on the ever-challenging adventure of fishing with us! Experience the journey aboard an authentic fishing boat, get to know the fishing crew, fishing nets, and fish. On our traditional Dalmatian tour, you will experience the Dalmatian & island way of life. We will strive to make it an unforgettable experience for you. An old saying goes, 'the captain's word is law.' You will discover its strength and meaning. FISHING BY DAY Experience traditional fishing on the island of Hvar. You can swim and snorkel with the fish even inside the net. We take you to the fishermen's fleet location by speedboat, where you will observe fishermen working in the traditional way. This method of fishing is now only practiced by a few Adriatic fishermen. It is a century-old tradition of the Radonic family, passed down from father to son through the generations. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the entire fishing process, swim in crystal-clear bays, and even participate in the fishing if desired. With us, you will be able to swim and snorkel at depths of 3-8 meters among the fishes. Fabijan, our experienced skipper and fisherman, will accompany you in the sea, ensuring a smooth experience. You will learn about local fish species such as dentex, salps, sea breams, and groupers. On the boat, snorkels, masks, and flippers will be provided, along with an underwater camera for use and a typical homemade fisherman's brunch (including salted fish, fish salad, etc.) for your enjoyment. Drinks (water, soft drinks, wine) are included. The entire experience will last between 4 and 5 hours, depending on the day's fishing location. Departure is scheduled between 7 and 8 AM from the Tourist Board office in Stari Grad, contingent upon the weather. We will contact you the day before with all the necessary information.
