My wife, two teenage daughters, and I had a great trip with Josh.  His boat and fishing gear are top notch and in excellent condition.  His communication before the trip was excellent. We met him at a put in just south of Naples and soon he had us casting in his secrete bays hidden amongst the mangroves.  We caught snook, small tarpon, and jacks.  Everyone had a blast and can’t wait to fish with him again.  I have also used Josh for full day fly fishing trips in the Everglades and Naples and he always does an exceptional job.  He his friendly, talkative, and clearly enjoys his job.  He has spent years fishing the Everglades and Naples and knows the area like the back of his hand.  He is very knowledgeable and skilled in both fly and gear fishing techniques.  I would definitely recommend booking a fishing trip with him, you will not regret it.

What an experience! I would recommend fishing with Josh any day of the week. My family flew down from Canada and I took my dad fishing with him for the first time. He was super patient and taught him how to improve his casting leading to an unforgettable day on the water. He keeps his boat is extremely clean, while providing top of the line tackle so you don’t need to worry about anything outside of showing up. His patience and professionalism goes a long way. I highly recommend booking a half day or full day with capt Josh you won’t regret it.

Josh knows what he’s doing.  First cast we had a Jack in the boat.  My wife really enjoyed her time on the boat as well.  We would recommend and be back again in the future.

This isn’t a charter where you wait around for someone to hook a fish for you. You’re working the inter costal.  Narrow streams cutting through mangroves. If you like cast and retrieve fishing, this is the charter for you.
