- Born and raised right here in the Tampa Bay area, Capt. Tom grew up on the water. He's spent his life studying the local waterways and honing his skills as a fisherman. The captain had his first boat before he had his first car and couldn't put the rod down. He did everything from freshwater Bass fishing to King fishing and everything in-between. Fishing is Capt. Tom's passion and he's excited to share it with you.
