This was our first time fishing the Detroit River through Fishing Booker and it turned out better than we could have imagined. It was great learning the technique of jigging for walleye using the quality rods and reels along with the jigs that were all provided to us during the charter. Just be prepared to enjoy the experience and the fish you hope to catch.

Nothing worse than getting into the fish and having a bad day because you are under dressed. You can always take some clothes off. Captain Michael Pajtas knew his business. He taught our people how to fish for the type of fish that we were fishing for, and took us to the best places to catch them. We had a great time. Captain Mike also fileted or fish and explained to us how to prepare them for cooking and storing. He was a complete fishing Captain.

Even though conditions were less than ideal for Walleye fishing-dense fog and flat calm. Captain Nick and his boy got us our limit of walleye and a master angler white bass at the end for a little bonus kicker. We will be back!!

I schedule this charter for me and 5 other friends, everything was amazing and Kevin made this trip wonderful, he is a very knowledgable captain, friendly and very helpful, we caught a lot of Walleyes in our trip, for sure I will contact him again. The rods and reels were really good quality (Shimanos and St croix)

We chartered with catching hell for 2 days. First day was high 30's. We caught 26 walleye. Jon is a great and knowledgeable captain. The second day was mid 70's and windy. We battled it out and caught more fish. 2 days in row had a decent haul.

Caught 3 walleye in first few minutes, hooked a sturgeon and fought for an hour, more walleye the landed a 6’ sturgeon, then more walleye. Captain Nick was great, good humor and we were one of few boats catching fish that day. Highly recommend captain Nick Homayed ! Mark

Conditions were tough with a cold front coming through as we fished. Capt. Nick got us on some walleye and then decided to make a move to target bigger fish. It paid off! Ended our day with some really nice fish. Had a good time and would book with Capt. Nick and NJ in the future.

George got us on picky fish in 10 minutes . Rainy,Windy ,Wet , Post cold front and we ended up getting limits . Had to find what color they wanted and when we did George put the color on every pole and made the difference on a tuff bite . At end of trip cleaned fish like a pro . Took us out and kept us over fish the whole trip. Captain Mike fishes while running the trolling motor to be able to keep the lines vertical but apparently the fish he catches are counted as part of the customer's limit.
