Ahoy, there folks, welcome to Morehead City, the Fisherman’s paradise! Captain Roger will be your guide for the day, bringing aboard years of professional experience.

Inshore fishing will produce the likes of Speckled Trout, Flounder, Redfish, Black Drum, Sheepshead, Sea Mullet, and more.

Trolling nearshore will produce the likes of Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, False Albacore, Bonito, and the occasional Cobia.

On a typical trip, (4.5-5hrs) you can expect to fish with light tackle using a variety of methods or hear the singing of a trolling rod as it goes off setting the hook into whatever its lure has enticed.

Capt. Roger is very family-oriented and welcomes children aboard, so the whole family can come and enjoy the beautiful Crystal Coast and all it has to offer! Please let Captain Roger know the ages of your children so he can be sure to provide the appropriate lifevest for them.

There is room for four anglers aboard Captain Roger’s 22-foot Aquasport center console boat powered by a 200 HP Mercury Marine engine. It’s a perfect vessel for navigating the shallow waters as well as heading out the inlet for some nearshore fishing. It’s equipped with a Garmin fish finder, GPS, VHF radio, a live bait tank, and a remote-controlled trolling motor.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, rods, reels, tackle, and lures, so all you have to do is dress for the day, grab some snacks, put on some sunblock, hop aboard, and be ready for a good time! Please no alcohol allowed!

A word from the captain. As a professional Fisherman it’s a pleasure to operate fishing charters in the community I grew up in. As much as I love fishing, I like to think of myself as more than just a charter boat captain. I strive to live my life daily for Jesus Christ, to be a positive role model for others, especially our youth, and to promote a Christian-operated business!
