Henry is the real deal. We got out on the water and near immediately we were on the fish and the action didn’t stop all morning. We caught our share of tuna and switched to bottom fishing and caught many grouper and other species as well. My arms were tired from the rod in hand fishing! Just when we thought we had enough, Henry insisted we go snorkeling at a nearby secluded reef while he cleaned and prepared our catch. Fishing with Henry was exactly what I was looking for - low key and simple.  Henry has a local boat with no frills - no electronics, basic tackle and no cushions - but well equipped with a good engine and great instincts.  He does know how to fish!  He uses the mountains in the distance to triangulate his fishing spots and knows when and where to fish with the fleet and when not to.  He has good cold beer and water available and cuts up pineapple like none other.  It was a great trip and... We’re in Tamarindo for family vacation. My son and I love fishing. We picked Henry based on his reviews and he didn’t disappoint. Fishing is always a hit or miss experience - you either catch or you don’t. Henry had us trolling and bottom fishing to make sure we caught fish…and we did - grouper, tuna, and rabbit fish! He’s knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Also, his rate is incredibly reasonable. Henry gave us a great experience.

I had great out with Henry it started a lttle slow but he promised we were not leaving until we caught something even though the other boat were catching anything he kept trying and we caught 8 black fin tuna it was alot of fun and Henry showed me he knew his stuff i would back with him anytime
