Kodiak Charters is looking forward to another fantastic fishing season on Kent Island in the Chesapeake Bay. Kent Island, the biggest island in the Chesapeake Bay, is known for its excellent fishing and beautiful scenery. Captain Mike has over 20 years of experience as a 100-ton certified captain and enjoys sharing his expertise of the Chesapeake Bay with fishermen of all ages and skill levels.

You’ll be fishing on a 46’ Hulls Unlimited boat that accommodates up to 25 guests. This spacious bay boat offers enough room for large groups, so all your friends and family can join at once. The boat is powered by a 375 HP John Deere diesel engine and features modern navigational electronics. You can count on a safe and reliable ride at all times. The boat also has a private toilet.

Striped Bass, often known as Rockfish, is one of the most popular species on Kent Island. We also fish for bluefish and Spanish mackerel, and have some of the best bottom fishing in the area!

Your fishing equipment, as well as your licenses, are included in the price. You only need to bring your food, drinks, and sun protection. As you get to keep the catch, the crew will clean it for you free of charge.
