we meet at buster boy at 7:00 made a short run fishing by 7:30 we caught 3 at or just over 20 pounds   next stop we caught 4 in the high teens than we put out planner boards then we caught more teeners and a couple at or over 20 pounds we had 1 double that turned in to a triple really good day with my good friend robert green and the very good captain deiter     thanks chuck caldwell

6 am - 12:15 pm. It was the best day of fishing of my life. We caught channel cat, blue, white, and flathead. 32 total catfish. A couple of blues were over 20 lbs. There were several occasions when we had 2-3 fish on at the same time. Captain Melhorn was there on time (I was a little late). He is a great conversationalist and just a really good guy. The captain had a plan for the day. Fish were biting early and poof nothing. He waited a reasonable amount of time and moved to a different location and the fish were not cooperating. The captain gave the fish a chance to bite,to no avail. We moved again. This time was the charm. We were on some hungry fish again. Thanks to dieter. He did not waste time searching he had a backup plan for the back up. We had an awesome experience and we will be booking again in the fall. I recommend this charter... Еще

I was a little concerned about the expected bad weather but it turned out to be a fantastic day of fishing. Captain Melhorn put us on the fish. Cat. Melhorn grew up in the area and has an expert knowledge of the lake. A friend and I chartered the trip and the conversation between the three of us was as much entertaining as the fishing. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. I will definitely be going again.

met captain deiter at buster boy landing he worked very hard to get us on fish, was very hot, mayflies everywhere , but he kept going , answered every question in depth, we caught 9 catfish, a lot of white pearch for bait , then he gave me most of them, we stayed well past time time , i had a great day , i give him 10 stars great guide hope to fish with him again   chuck caldwell
