Come visit Ronronfishing Charters LLC and embark on a true fishing adventure in Louisiana. Starting out of Lafitte, you’ll explore the beautiful lakes, inshore, and nearshore waters and search for various fish that dwells in the area. Right beside you will be Captain Ronald Dufrene who’ll make sure that you have a fun and successful trip.

Your journey starts on a 24’ Blazer bay boat that can take up to 4 guests. It’s powered by a 300 HP Yamaha four stroke engine with a maximum cruising speed of 42 knots. With the onboard GPS, fishfinder, and radio technology, you’ll be able to reach the fish in no time. The boat’s also got a Minn Kota Ulterra wireless trolling motor and a livewell.

On your trip, you’ll have the chance to catch Redfish, Speckled Trout, Black Drum, and other species. Using light tackle, you and the captain will catch it by bottom fishing, spinning, and popping. You’re free to choose whether you’ll keep or release the fish you catch. Children are more than welcome to join your trip, so bring them along and have a lovely family stay on the water.

Captain Ronald will provide you with all the tackle and lures, as well as with snacks and drinks. At your request, you can also have lunch. The captain will clean and bag all of the fish you caught. Just bring your fishing licenses and your adventure can start.

    You'll be targetting Red, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout in different areas such as lakes, bays, and canals. You can fish on the bottom, with corks, tight lines, throw gold spoons, and use fresh shrimps and plastics. You can also throw spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. In the spring and summer months, you can fish live bait such as live shrimp, croakers, and minnows. In the summertime, big lakes and beaches offer Trout, Red, and Flounder. You can also run for beaches in the spring and summer.
