Get down to Orange Beach for some world class nearshore and inshore fishing!

You’ll your day aboard an extremely comfortable 25’ Sea Hunt center console. It features an onboard private bathroom onboard as well as plush seating for the trip out to the reefs and back. Another great feature of your boat is our spot locking trolling motor which allows you to stay on top of the prime fishing spots without drifting.

For Red Snapper fishing we will fish over concrete pyramid reefs, old concrete bridge material and rock piles.  All within 9 miles of shore and quick to get out and start fishing. For trolling we will use a variety of techniques using outriggers, z wings, downriggers, and planers.  They cater to teaching people how to fish so please ask all the questions you would like and hopefully your trip will be fun and informative as well. You will fish a combination of cut bait and possibly live bait depending on the target species of fish you hare after.

Your fishing license is included in the price as is catch cleaning. The deckhand works for tips so a customary 20% would be appreciated. If weather prevents you from going offshore then you will be given the choice of going inshore or a refund.

Take some food and drinks as well as sun protection with you and once that’s in order you can look forward to a terrific day feeling them in off the Alabama coast.

P.S. Boat and equipment will be thoroughly washed and sanitized between trips for your safety. The captain and first mate will adhere to social distancing as much as possible during your trip.  Hand santizer and clorox wipes are available for everyone onboard and every precaution possible will be made for your protection.

    You will be fishing nearshore for Red Snapper. There is a take-home limit of 2 fish per customer which must be at least 16”. These can be cleaned for you once you are back ashore. Once the limits are caught your party can decide what type of fishing to do for the remainder of your time left on the charter.

    On this Red Snapper fishing trip there is a limit of 2 fish per customer that must have a minimum length of 16”. After you have hit the limit of fish you can take home you can choose another type of fishing to undertake so that you can enjoy the rest of your time out on the water chasing after other species.

    The 6 hour trip allows you the time to hunt for larger fish and find some of the more productive areas. Your potential catches include Gray Triggerfish, Amberjack, Red Snapper, and others as you use live bait to try and lure them in. All of your equipment is provided and Captain Thomas and the first mate are always on hand to help you out.

    For your afternoon bottom fishing/trolling trip you will begin with a spot of trolling in the nearshore waters until you reach the bottom fishing hotspots. The 6 hour trip gives you some more time to really hunt for some larger fish and get to some more productive areas. Once the bottom fishing is over and done with you will troll on the way back to the shore to try and pick up some extra fish.

I have loved fishing since I was a kid. I grew up fishing Freshwater around Georgia and did competitive bass fishing for a number of years. Saltwater fishing around Panama City every chance I could also added to my love of fishing. I've had my captain's license for over 4 years now, but I've now been fishing off Alabama's coast for 10 years. I enjoy watching and teaching others how to fish even more than fishing myself, especially kids.
