We had a great time on Lake Superior with Captains Sean and Savanna. They were very flexible with changing the date due to a small craft advisory. Once on board they made sure we were comfortable with blankets for the wind and snacks and drinks. When we were not catching fish, they taught us about the history of the area and shared a lot of knowledge about fishing. This gave us confidence we were in good hands. Savannah was excellent in making us feel welcome and provided great conversation. Sean could not have been a better Captain navigating the lake and switching out the rigs when we had a pause in the action. You can sum them both up as two humble people who orientate themselves to making sure you get the most out of your trip. We recommend to anyone looking to have a quality experience fishing for lake trout. We hope to be back with Northern Lights Adventure for their ice fishing guide this winter.

Went on a full day trip. Being an avid fisherman I am not a rookie but the captain and the deck hand did an amazing job at keeping on fish and continually working to change out baits and keep on the bite. They worked relentlessly to ensure we had a good trip needless to say we limited out with a trophy 42 inch lake trout to top it off.. I was impressed with the service and friendliness of the crew. We had an very enjoyable experience and will be coming back in the fall and next spring.

We had a fantastic time!  This was our 2nd charter on Superior and so much better then the charter we used last year. Boat and equipment were in great shape. Sean worked hard to get us on the fish. Both of them made sure we were taken care of. During down times Josh kept us entertained with scuba diving stories and assorted tales. My 12 year-old grand-niece was along and they connected with her as well. We are already planning when we go out with them next year.

The overall experience with Captain Sean and Al was unbelievably fun.  We started off the trip the early morning of September 22, 2023.  These guys gave us insight of the surrounding area, islands and, of course, fishing.  Captain Sean and Al worked very hard at finding fish, for us, to catch.  We had a few fish slip away from us, but “reeling in” our many fish was a thrill.  Great times.

Recently went on the half day fishing trip as part of some bachelor party festivities. Weather was perfect, lake was calm, and backdrop was picturesque. Had a great time with Sean and Josh. Both of them were knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment and boat provided were top notch. Last and most importantly, the lake trout themselves were plentiful and exhilarating to catch.
