Victoria has a fish with your name on it, so let Ton Le Dan Charter help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Jean-Marc can tell you all about them.
These waters are known for Amberjack, Green Jobfish, Rusty Jobfish, Black Marlin, Mahi Mahi, Giant Trevally, Sailfish, Dogtooth Tuna, Blue Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! Depending on the species you’re after, you may find yourself spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
You’ll be casting lines from a 37’ Center console that can carry up to 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you.
You might need to purchase a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunblock (non-spray), and sunglasses. Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks available on board.
