There’s no guarantee when you’re fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Red Snapper, Vermilion Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Scamp Grouper, Red Grouper, Snowy Grouper, Gag Grouper, Bigeye Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), and more if conditions are right.
During the trip you might be spinning, popping, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Also remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

You’ll step aboard a 31’ Catamaran with room for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

A First Mate will be there to make sure everything is running smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
Don’t leave home without sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
