These waters are known for Sailfish, Swordfish, Mahi Mahi, Blackfin Tuna, and more – with any luck, you’ll have tight lines in no time. For these species, you’re likely to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Michael can also have you kite fishing. For the more adventurous among you, there’s bowfishing.

You’ll be casting lines from a 33’ Offshore sport fishing that holds up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Kids are welcome aboard!

Trips are run with the help of a First Mate. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10–20% to show your appreciation. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunblock (non-spray), a hat, and sunglasses. There will be some drinks and light snacks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
