Depending on conditions, you might hook into Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, Permit, Spotted Seatrout, Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Tripletail, Jack Crevalle, and plenty more. You can expect to do some spinning, trolling, drifting, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. Capt. George also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

You’ll find yourself aboard a 19’ Pathfinder bay boat that can carry up to 4 passengers. It has all the essentials. Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

The charter boat covers your fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. It’s always wise to bring sunscreen (non-spray), drinks of choice, snacks/lunch, and sunglasses. Water is included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
