This fishing trip was a first for me and my family during our summer vacation in PR. My 15 year old grandson loves to fish and was hoping to catch something bigger than what he catches at home in fresh water. Capt. Luis did not disappoint! Capt. Luis took us out to several different spots in the lagoon to try our luck!  We had a few good bites and one great catch, an average size Tarpin! Capt. Luis made sure to have my grandson reel it in!! This made the vacation!  Capt Luis is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!  The boat was well kept and he had waters and Gatorades as advertised. I would definitely recommend booking a fishing trip with Capt. Luis - we did 4 hours which was perfect for us, next time I’d consider longer if leaving the 8 year old home! lol

I was looking to give my teenage kids a new experience without too much hassle. Fishingbooker and Capt Luis made it very simple. I initially booked night fishing, but Capt Luis advised that the fishing would be better in the afternoon because of the tides, so we went with it. It was hot in July of course, but Capt Luis’ boat had just enough shade to make it comfortable. He provided an ice chest full of water, soda, and Powerade, and he set up all the poles and gave us a little tutorial. In the end we had five bites, three hooked, and two big tarpon landed in our four hour trip. All three of my kids got a chance to fight the epic sport fish, so it was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

I recently went on a guided fishing trip and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we set out, the guide was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making sure everyone felt comfortable and excited for the day ahead. The boat was well-equipped with all the necessary gear, and the guide provided excellent tips and techniques for catching fish.

We visited several prime fishing spots and caught a variety of fish, including some impressive-sized ones! The guide’s expertise really shone through as he helped us with everything from casting to reeling in our catches.

Overall, it was an unforgettable day on the water. I highly recommend this guided fishing trip to anyone looking for a great fishing adventure, whether you’re a seasoned angler or a complete beginner. The combination of beautiful scenery, expert guidance, and plentiful fish made it perfect.

OMG! This is the second time we went with the infamous Capt. Luis! And this is the second time he delivered in a BIG BIG BIG way! We had a 4-hour night trip, hooked 4 HUGE Tarpons, and landed 3! The landed ones were 35 lbs, 63 lbs, and the MAMMOTH hone was 86 lbs! We lost one that was easily over 120 lbs. We got her to the boat and she snapped the hook out using the boat as leverage! Nothing we could have done to get her in the boat. If you EVER come to Puerto Rico for Tarpon or any other kind of fishing, Capt. Luis is THE MAN! His gear, and boat are top notch and his experience is world class! I HIGHLY recommend Capt. Luis. He never disappoints!

If you’re on the fence about booking this charter, stop scrolling through reviews/pictures and book it ASAP. From the captain to the fish that we caught, everything about this trip was great. Captain Fernando was a charismatic, knowledgeable guide who helped my girlfriend and I hook onto 10+ tarpon, landing several. Anybody that enjoys fishing, site seeing, and good conversation will not regret this charter. Bonus, this is the only inshore fishing charter I was able to find that has a shade roof — an absolute lifesaver in the 90+ degree weather.
