Captain Bill was an awesome man and knew exactly what I was looking for as far as a memorable trip for my son and myself! We touched base from time I booked the trip to night we arrived! He went above and beyond guiding , we fished 12 hours straight the first day and the second we got six good hours before high winds and rain moved in , the bite was hard to get the first day but captain Bill did everything in his power to put us on the fish they just had different plans due to weather changes and temps dropping at night , we had amazing hard bites the second day just couldn’t get the hook set due to where they were finding cover . My 19 year old son had some questions on tackle and rods and knots and captain bill after 12 hours took the time back at dock to show my son some great tips and tricks including getting his braid out to make our reels more smooth and set up for the hard cover! Although we wished we had caught more it was an amazing experience and a memorable one especially years from now for my son, we will be 100% returning to fish again with captain Bill and next time we will put some In boat ! Speaking of boat it was top of the line Ranger 21’ with plenty of room and when I tell you plenty of power that’s an understatement, got to fishing quickly and can absolutely tell he does his homework on where on santee is holding fish! That’s why they call it fishing and not catching ! As we were fishing he pointed things out to us and helping to tell son where to throw his lure and what he suggested again can’t say enough about how much he puts into his bass fishing!! Highly recommend giving him a try , we saw some awesome things including some alligators ! Look forward to going again soon ! Thanks so much Bill. Ps.
