Capt Brian and first mate Nick did a great job adapting to a rapidly changing weather forecast that put most other boats back in the harbor.  The 31’ boat can handle wind and waves well and Capt Brian is a very experienced fisherman who knew where and how to setup and execute a successful plan in tough conditions.  We caught a limit of fish and were able to battle a shark for a release.  Hats off to them for making a fun day of fishing out of a challenging weather day.  Can’t wait to fish with them when seas are calm and we can go offshore and hunt the big game of the sea.

Captain Brian put us right on the fish and it didn’t take long to start filling the cooler with Yellowtail and Mangrove snapper. Captain Brian and Nick were professional, personable, and made the experience exciting. The boat was clean, and set up to catch fish. I would strongly recommend them for experienced or novice families. We will definitely be back!

Capt Johnny and his first mate Chris top notch!! Day with kids on water got us 19 keepers, kids never stopped reeling them in.  Well worth booking with Capt Johnny!! Great time!! .

Captain Johnny and mate Nick did a great job getting us onto the fish. We finished off with 16 keeper yellowtail snappers along with a bunch of shorts that were thrown back alive and well. We also caught a bunch of other fish that were released. Second year in a row that we’ve fished with Captain Johnny very happy with all aspects of our day on the boat, hoping to get another trip in before heading back home.

Captain brain and first mate nick were amazing!! It has been rough, super windy for the past few days. This morning was pretty rough but was able to go. I dont believe i have ever had a crew work so hard to put us on fish. I recommend Johnny maddox charters to anyone. We caught our target fish mahi and plenty of yellow snapper. .... good trip, epic people
