Another great day in West Matagorda Bay with Captain Chad.  Many fish caught, including black drum, redfish and speckled trout!  Lots of action and a beautiful day.  Captain Chad finds the fish.  Looking forward to my next trip with Captain Chad at the end of summer.

Capt Chad has alot of experience in this area he was able to tell us a lot about the bay. And even though the weather has been really bad and has introduced alot of fresh water he was still able to get us some fish. My wife and I had a blast and will more than likely be back.

Capt.  hap was a wrath of knowledge from the history of the area to the fishing. He was pleasant, fun and a great host! He even helped me out extra because I brok my wrist last week but still wanted to fish. We will definitely come back to Matagorda just to fish with Capt. Chad!

Booked a half day trip with Captain Chad, didn’t know what to expect. We had a great time! Captain Chad was knowledgeable and fun, and he had a lot of great stories. He’s knows much about the area and wild life. We all caught our limit. When the Captain is a great guide and knowledgeable, and you catch your maximum in competition size, that’s called a great day. We will definitely hire Captain Chad again!

Chad worked hard to make it a pleasant trip.  One in the party was experiencing a lot of back pain and was reluctant to get on the boat with the wind blowing 20 plus miles per hour but the captain said he would find areas to fish where it wouldn’t be so bumpy.  He did just that and it turned out that our friend caught the most fish. Funny how catching fish eliminate back pain.  We’re planning another trip with Captain Chad.
