Contracted with one captain and ended up with another. Contracted for one boat and ended up with another. Contracted to launch from one location and ended up launching from another. I was no way unhappy with the second Captain, boat or location, BUT in the words of Jerry Seinfeld “you know how to take the reservation, but you don’t know how to keep the reservation”.
Not sure that’s very Fair, you hired Fast Cast Fishing. we have multiple boats in the fleet. Capt Steve is an excellent captain and from what I heard you got a plenty of fish. Not sure what you expected. He had you meet him closer to the fish bite. Sorry if we didn’t meet your expectations. I’ll Repeat some Jerry for you also.

Sorry we didn’t meet your expectations. Feel free to reach out to correct the Situation. The weather was a little off for fishing but I’m sure the job got done.
Mother Nature was not kind to us by sending in a cold front the night before our trip. The wind was another unkind story. BUT, Capt Lou tried everything possible to get us on some fish, we did manage to catch some. Fish or no fish, this was an excellent trip with an awesome Captain. There may be cheaper trips out there, but you definitely get what you pay for. I will be back to fish with Capt Lou!! Thank you, my family had a great time!
We have been out with many captains over the years. Capt Lou definitely has the nicest equipment. We met at the public landing in Placida where he quickly picked us up. We headed out to our first location. With in minutes of throwing the bait in the water my youngest had his first shark on the line. After a short battle she broke off at the boat. My son said he saw the leader so it counted. His first “real” shark is in the books. Lou repositioned the boat and we threw two more baits in the water. Minutes later fishon. This time it was my oldest’s turn he made short work of this Sand Bar Shark. The big fish was brought to the side of the boat. Pictures were taken and now there were smiles all the way around. Another 1st “real” shark. Lou once again maneuvered the boat around to cast bait last back out. My youngest quickly hooked up, but lost it soon after. By this time the location is getting crowded we watched a couple others hook up, and slowly move out of the way. Lou again put the boys into position to cast. The boys casted their baits with in minutes they both had sharks on the line. The oldest boy secured the fighting stool and my youngest and myself took to fighting the other fish. We moved around the boat trying to keep from fouling the lines, while Lou also moved the boat around trying to do the same. After 45 minutes and several trips around the boat and under the other rod we got the big bull up to the boat leadered and he was gone. Mean while the fight was still on in the front. After another 30 minutes or so the he got the big Sand Bar up to the boat. More pictures and smiles. With about an hour left the boys were tired and wanted something smaller. We headed to a reef where the jack crevalle were hungry almost every cast was a fish. We also caught two nice Permits. Lou is a great Captain and I would highly recommend giving him a shot.
Thanks again

Thanks again for your kind words. It was a pleasure fishing with you and your boys. I love seeing the smiles on the faces of our next generation. A video game won’t put a smile like that on your face.
