Fishing off shore was good , fishing inshore was very slow.. Salmon were feeding on small bait so coyote spoons and coho killers off shore. And anchovies in shore worked best. We fished with salmon bellies for halibut and Berkeley power bait grubs with 12oz heads for ling and snapper.
