Fishing in Marathon

Fishing has been hit. or miss lately. Some times we've been grinding it out all day just trying to get a bite and the very next day it could be a 50+ fish day. It's wild! That's wintertime fishing in the Everglades though. Love it when a plan comes together and these big fish start chewing!

Been exploring a ton lately. Weather has been great. Fishing is highly hit or miss during this time of year. It's pretty much a day to day basis type of thing. Some days we are killing it with over 50 fish snook and redfish others we are getting very low numbers so its very hit or miss and highly weather and temperature dependent. Any day during this time of year has the potential to be the best fishing of the year.

Fishing has been really hit or miss lately. Some days we are catching close to 30 -40 snook and the very next day we might catch 1 or 2. The fish are moving around a lot based on the cold weather and the fronts. That being said even the slow days we're not getting skunked. It's always a joy to be out there this time of year with this weather.
