Good customers Mr. Shawn, son Brady, and Jake came back aboard for their monthly trip and caught their limits of Redfish. We departed just before the sun came up and enjoyed a magnificent sunrise on the way to Lake Catherine. First cast of the morning provided a 17" Redfish. The guys steadily caught Redfish while cutting up and making fun of each other's fishing skills (as usual). I always enjoy having them aboard as they keep me laughing while netting fish and baiting their hooks. At 10:30 they had 11 Reds sitting on ice, and the bite came to a halt, signaling it was time to adjust tactics. We made a run to a small pond deep in the marsh and sight fished the last 4 to complete their limit. Always a pleasure having them on board. The best months for fishing are upon us.
