Luck O' The Irish was blessed to fish with Ric and Ron in memory of a friend that had passed. The trip was originally planned as a birthday present for that man. Ric and Ron decided to carry on to honor their friend. The day started off windy and tough and the fish were winning the game of hide and seek. Late in the morning, really early afternoon the fish finally came out of hiding and fish were coming in the boat faster than the captain could take them off the hook! RSR Lures was the artificial bait of choice that put fish in the box. Our Minn Kota I-Pilot held us in place perfectly to keep a consistent presentation or help us quietly pursue the fish as they moved. The water was in the mid to upper 80's and fairly clear water helped. The White Bass the duo caught are delicious eating and a fish fry will be had in short order. Good friends and a great day!
