On May 12, the Governor opened up charter fishing with some guidelines, It is still closed to out of state fishermen, and these rules apply for in state crews: 1. Face masks/ coverings are required for everyone. 2. I have to be in good health. If there is a mate he also needs to be in good health. 3. Maintain good hygiene, and hand washing – sanitizing. 4. Clean and sanitize workplaces often. 5. Maintain social distancing practices of 6 feet between people. So, the crew needs to get masks, I have mine, I need to be healthy, I need hand sanitizer on board and you probably have some in your "necessary bag", and I wash the boat with a soap, water, bleach solution we're almost there. The social distancing is left. I think we can do it with a crew of 4 and me. I measured the boat and with 1 person in each corner we pass. I will be close to each crew member while instructing or netting. I'll wear a mask. Capt Dwight
