What would you recommend to anglers fishing in La Paz, Baja California Sur for the first time?

It was awesome!!! It was me and my kids first fishing trip and now we can’t wait to go again , Fernando and Jairo were very friendly , professional and very polite we had an awesome time with them .

Go in early October, head for blue water, no schools of Dorado anymore, so don't waste 2 hours on getting sardines and save time and money. Use green squid lure for Dorado.

Make sure to get out on the water early we didn’t leave till 7am should have been on the water at 5am

The fishing is better in the hotter months such as late July and August! We were still able to catch a few good ones.

Make sure you bring a fishing shirt with upf 50. It is a game changer to have the built in buff and hood.

If you are avid fishermen, bring your own gear. Being able to cast bait really made a difference for the big fish.

Go later in the year it was off season and really hot But we had great luck ,and a great crew

It's hot, but people were having good success fishing for mahi mahi, which was delicious.
