The crew Pilo and Frank were fantastic. They worked hard to get us on fish, Frank at it as the first mate, and he never stopped working the baits. My friend and I are both experienced anglers, what I would say is that four hours is not enough time if you want to catch something besides barracuda you need to book a minimum of a six or eight hour trip, I do wish that they would’ve told us that in our communications

My son and I fished with captain Nick on a challenging weather day and he still found the fish!  Rain and higher than average seas churned up the area we were focused on but Captain Nick would not stop trying new areas and new techniques.  After 2 hours of rain the weather finally broke and we had three bites in quick succession, and landed a nice Spanish mackerel.  We would be happy to fish with Captain Nick again.

My friend went out on another boat and they trolled the whole time. They don’t catch much. We on the other hand started jigging when trolling wasn’t working. So that option was pretty key. The boat also has a full hard roof canopy over the entire cockpit so you could fish in the shade the whole time. The sun is tough so it made a big difference. Captain Frank was superb, very considerate of all passengers needs, worked hard to put us on the fish. Was kind and patient, No yelling, was happy to teach us and let us learn. Not only does he get five stars I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone, he was also very Interesting to talk with and shared a great deal of history about the island and the areas we were fishing.

We had a great half-day trip with Captain Nicholas.  His boat was clean and well-provisioned.  He shared the history of English Harbor and kept the conversations flowing all day.  I wanted to catch a tarpon on a fly, and Captain Nicholas set me up for many opportunities.  If you want a great boating or fishing excursion in Antigua, I highly recommend H2O!
