My son my wife and I came from Minnesota with the goal of learning something about salmon fishing in the rivers of the Pacific Northwest, a type of fishing we’ve never before had the chance to experience. This was the perfect trip. Jim was clearly very organized and prepared and had a plan for how to best handle the high water conditions from the recent rain. He had ton of valuable knowledge about fishing in the area and put us on some fantastic fish. Would defiantly book again.

His Boat is top notch, plenty of rods, reels and gear ready so we were always fishing! Then
He offered to clean and package up our catch! We, my 10 year old Grandson, 2 Sons and myself are all more than happy with this first time steelhead fishing experience! We had steelhead fish tacos for 10 of us when we got back to our timeshare with only cooking up 25% of todays catch   It was an Awesome day due to Captain Jim and his Fishing Machine and knowledge of the River! We didn’t see any other boats,(about 20)  catching but we were!

My son, father-in-law and I took a day trip to Riffe Lake with Captain Jim and had a blast. The boat was in the water when we arrived and we were able to get right to fishing. Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable. We went to several different spots on the lake and caught fish at each location. There were multiple times when each of us had a fish on the line at the same time. Jim was right there to net the fish and put bait right back on so we could get the poles back in the water. There was no wasted time on the water and when it was time to head back in, Jim cleaned and filleted the fish. It was a great experience and we plan to go back. I highly recommend this experience.

I just moved to Washington 4 weeks ago from Minnesota. I have my own boat but starting out in a unfamiliar place with the kind of fishing that is unfamiliar to me is really difficult. So I booked a trip with Fishing Booker to find someone that maybe help me understand the nuances. I showed up early because I like to be on the water early. On June 8th it is light out at 4:30. We were supposed to get started at 6. At 5:10 I was there and Captain Miller was there all set up and ready to go. He answered all of my questions and we had a great day 😊😊😊

Better experience than we expected. jim is a super nice guide
with loads of experience and patience. He took us to great areas where he confident we could find fish and we did. We plan to meet up with him again in the future.

We highly recommend Jim Miller as a guide to anyone whether it’s you fist time of not.
