- I started commercial fishing in 1975 in Canada. In my long career, I owned and ran 11 commercial fishing boats. I also had my own commercial diving and fishing company for a while. I'm a certified commercial deep sea diver and instructor, a certified EMT, and I also worked with the Canadian Coast Guard auxiliary captain. I became interested in sport fishing in 2000 when I retired. Very soon, I started fishing local waters of Barra de Navidad, and I've been doing it for the past 15 years and I have no intention of slowing down.

- Preference: 1. offshore deep sea fishing with heavy duty tackle. 2. Near shore bottom fishing with light fishing tackle.
