Awesome trip. We caught our limit of Red Snapper in a couple hours. Captain Joe knew the good spots and got us on the fish. The water was a bit rough and we had some get sick, but that is not uncommon. Overall, we had a good time. Wish we could have caught a bit more variety of fish, but when you’re fishing, you’re fishing for whatever is biting. And that day, it was Red Snapper. We grilled and fried all the fish that night and fed 40+ people with leftovers. Would definitely recommend the Cool Change to anyone looking for a fun and exciting day. Boat and equipment were top notch and the first mate was very friendly and helpful. He even cleaned all the fish for us. Just book it, you won’t regret it.

Was the best fishing experience my family and I ever had. My son caught a 36 inch 28 pound snapper… just a bonus on a very pleasant trip… the deck hand was very good and responsive to our needs… the boat was clean and comfortable… everything about our trip was great. Captain Joe provided a great experience for our family. He made sure we were on fish and his deck hand worked hard making sure we had plenty of bait and getting fish off the hooks. I would definitely book with Cool Change Charters again, and would recommend them to anyone wanting a great fishing experience.

We’ve taken a family deepsea fishing trip for years but this was our first trip outside of Florida and it was excellent!  Capt Joe was great at communicating leaking up to the trip and Adam the deckhand was a hard worker, knowledgeable and just the most respectful young man.
