Had rough seas which made it difficult for those without sea legs.  First both Captain and Mate did a good job of going through safety and boat items. Once out, seas were rough but skipper found a good path to minimize impact. After doing some bait fishing, which was fun in itself, we found a few good spots to get red snapper. Ian the first mate did a great job organizing the tackle, rods and bait among the 4-5 people fishing at the same time. He kept everyone safely engaged in the rough seas.... Еще

We had an incredible time. The crew did a fantastic job setting up rigs for varying ages (12 years old up to 55 years old). We all caught so many fish and everyone had a great time. The first mate, Ian, was great with taking the fish off hooks for everyone and keeping us loaded up with fresh bait. Captian Taylor was great about moving us to different spots to keep the fish biting! Worth every penny!!

Best of the 4-5 charters we have done in gulf area. Ian, first mate, was great with our group, keeping us baited and helping us get lots of fish in. Patient with the whole group even when we snagged ourselves up. Captain Taylor moved us around a bunch to make sure we got over the right spots. If we stopped and our first bites weren’t right, we moved along quickly which resulted in a great haul of good sized fish.

Tyler and Matt were a good duo.  Threw them for a loop and wanted to not focus on Red Snapper even though they are in season and most want to go out for.  Caught 8 different species throughout the day and even a decent wahoo.  Captain Taylor made audibles and kept us busy fishing.  Matt kept us bated and taught throughout the day.  Solid day on the water and will return again to the Hound Dog Charters team.

Incredible day Capt.and first mate are out of this world. I’d recommend them to anybody that has a family or just wants to go hard-core fishing.  Both my boys loved the day on the boat only issue was they were worn out due to all the fish we caught!!!!
