- I’m the owner of Non Stop Fishing Charters and a sixth-generation Floridian. Backcountry fishing, flats fishing, and beach fishing are all second nature to me. My uncle was a charter boat captain in Madeira Beach, here on the Gulf Coast of Florida, and many of the Tampa Bay and St. Pete Beach fishing secrets have been passed down to me. The rest I have learned by fishing the inshore flats and beaches all my life.
