Trolling for any of these species will probably result in an action-packed day on the water. In case you prefer fishing from the shore, you can expect lots of Bass, Carp, and Catfish.

When you’re in the mood for a change, head to Lake Simcoe, where you can get your fill of Perch, Whitefish, Lake Trout, and Walleye. Ice fishing action is particularly good, and anglers from all over the region flock here in the winter months. If you decide to give Lake Scugog a try, you can expect good amounts of Bluegill, Crappie, Largemouth Bass, and Perch.

Frank and John were exceptional!! This was our first big water charter fishing trip. They were very personable, professional-while having fun!! Captain John will not let you leave empty handed. We went out on Saturday with him and our wives both got seasick within half an hour. John took us back and agreed to bring us back out the next morning at no extra charge. We brought two other friends out in place and were on chinook the Sunday morning. If you want to be on Tony Soprano’s boat and catch some big fish, this is the charter for you!

Been talking about trying out Lake Ontario fishing for a while. My family loves to fish. We finally book and due to bad weather our trip had to be cancelled … what a deception for the family. Capitain Franky made it all work out by taking us out the next day !!! Although the fish were a little shy we managed to catch a few. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back next year ! The kids had a blast !

The captain was very welcoming and we had a great first experience fishing salmon. Although we only caught one, the captain tried very hard to find us some more, he tried various baits and places and kept trying. He shared a lot of fishing tips and knowledge, we learnt a lot.
