If you are looking for marlin and such, you may want to look at a longer trip. That being said, it seemed as though we were pretty successful and some of the other boats were not so it may have been a slow morning. Either way, we had a great day, saw some great things and scenery. Thanks again.

Don't expect big fish in February. We had a cold front moving through. This made the weather incredibly comfortable (high mid 70's in the day, low mid 60's at night) but slowed the fishing down. On the upside the whales are everywhere this time of year.

We really enjoyed fishing but the sea was a bit rough. Cabo in May-June is changing seasons so the winds are very present. This made the sea a bit rough and for someone who gets motion sick it was a bit much. Just keep that in mind and go fishing in the morning and not in the afternoon if your fishing during these months.

Captain Manuel and his crew are the BEST. We caught 8 Marlins and landed 4 in the boat. We caught 10 dolphins, lost 3, threw 3 back, kept 4…. We had them filleted, took them to a restaurant and enjoyed a great meal with our wives. Well worth the money.

We did the half day trip. Started T 6:30 and by 7:00 my wife was already sick - take Dramamine. I took 1/2 pill before bed then a whole pill 1 hour before and all went well with [me]. We hooked the first fish about one hour later, 10 minutes later we lost it. Continued our journey and hooked another. Caught that one. All was great. They knew where to go and how to do it. FYI bait on our way out coat is $20. Good luck and I recommend these guys.

7 small mahi mahi in the first hour and a half, started seeing some marlin at the top of the water, captain did his best to chase them down and put a line near them but they were not biting. After 30 minutes of nothing we hooked the big one. 30+ minute fight, what we came here for! Caught a needlefish and small tuna on our way back. Ended trip your early because of weather.

After I dropped my iPhone in the ocean by the arch. Captain Manuel put on a mask and snorkel. Dove in, found it and retrieve it!!!! Who does that! Amazing Service!! Twice we had 3 fish on the hook. We brought 9 fish back. Lost some and threw many back. Lost count without exaggeration we had about 30 fish bite. My sons and I had a trip we will always remember.

Fishing with Jonny was a great experience. You could tell his years of experience getting use on fish even though it was not the best time of year. We ended up boating 3 Mahi and had 3 on the line at one time! There were also multiple Marlin follows, but they just didn't want to take the bait. It was still fun to see them throughout the day to keep your interest in catching a big one.

Had an awesome trip with the captain and crew of the Black Marlin. The captain put us on the fish. We landed 5 Marlin, lost 2 more that during the fight that were hooked up and had 11 bites! We had an excellent trip. I highly recommend booking with the Black Marlin.

We struggled to hook up land land fish, but we were getting bites. We targeted roosters, but we ended the trip trolling back over deeper water, one got one hit. But the captain asked us if we wanted to try for grouper before we went in, and we ended up with 3 bottom fish in the boat before our trip ended. A trailer hook setup or mooching rig would have worked better for the size bait we were using to get those tail-biters.

The boat was exceptionally clean. The Captain and mate put us on the fish that were around for instant success. We had a great pm half day trip. It was sporty the day we went. Patches work great for those who have had experinced sea sickness in the past! They had great equipment. We put fish in the box.

Captain Manuel and his crew are the BEST. We caught 8 Marlins and landed 4 in the boat. We caught 10 dolphins, lost 3, threw 3 back, kept 4…. We had them filleted, took them to a restaurant and enjoyed a great meal with our wives. Well worth the money.

We did the half day trip. Started T 6:30 and by 7:00 my wife was already sick - take Dramamine. I took 1/2 pill before bed then a whole pill 1 hour before and all went well with [me]. We hooked the first fish about one hour later, 10 minutes later we lost it. Continued our journey and hooked another. Caught that one. All was great. They knew where to go and how to do it. FYI bait on our way out coat is $20. Good luck and I recommend these guys.

7 small mahi mahi in the first hour and a half, started seeing some marlin at the top of the water, captain did his best to chase them down and put a line near them but they were not biting. After 30 minutes of nothing we hooked the big one. 30+ minute fight, what we came here for! Caught a needlefish and small tuna on our way back. Ended trip your early because of weather.
