Captain Micah and deckhand Chad could not have been a more complimentary duo!!  The day started slow as we had a bit more wind than was forecasted but the good Captain made the necessary adjustments to get us fishing in relatively calm waters.  Took us a while for the fish to cooperate but we finally got on them and catch a number of smaller before we hooked up.  As with any fishing adventure there are no guarantees in catching fish but I have seen firsthand Captain Micah working as hard as he could to get my 13 year old son a shark for his birthday.  My son did get his dream shark, a black tip female who was set to deliver 5 babies, which Captain Micah allowed my son to participate in the cutting the babies out and throwing them back in the ocean to give us more enjoyment later!!!  From Captain Micah and Chad getting the fish from under the boat, to a second under the boat line splice to keep us fishing these guys worked their tail off for us.  Thank you Captain for a once in a lifetime experience that has made an impression on a young man as he transitions into adulthood, and a profound impact on his parents as we watched him land the beauty with your encouragement.  When we are on the gulf coast and fishing we’ll be with Captain Micah.  No distance is too far to fish with this company.

We had a great day. We hit the Bull reds first thing in the morning. started catching big Jacks and then found a school of Mackerel. When we got tired of Mackerel we went back to catch our last two reds for a limit. On the way to the house we had an epic triple tail catch on a floating channel marker sign. Would definitely fish with Micah again. He worked hard to get us on fish and keep us on fish. knowledgeable and fun to fish with.

We had fun on this trip. The captain and the ship mate were very attentive. It was a very chilly day and maybe this had some impact on the fish not biting.  The captain took us to quite a few locations. We were targeting sheepshead and managed to catch 4.
We will use his service again in the near future when the weather is warmer.

Captain Micah and his crew led us on a phenomenal trip.  The boat was very clean and comfortable.  They were great with the kids.  They got us on some really big fish in no time.  Caught our limit on reds pretty quickly.  Do not hesitate to book.  It was an unforgettable experience.

Had 7 am trip. Boat was ready to go. Two of us had bad knees but were able to board with no trouble. Capt Matt was able to hook & land 2 jacks & 2 reds. A couple other large fish cut our lines. Trolled up to 6 lines between Cat & Ship Island. 1st mate Tyler worked his butt off keeping our lines clear of tangling up with the powerful jacks. A/c worked good for occasional break as it was hot & sunny. Would definitely consider going again.
