What a fabulous experience! Capt and first mate made our group of 4 feel right at home. Very knowledgeable, accommodating, and they worked their tails off to get us on the fish. We reeled in 1 beautiful Mahi for the day, which of course was no fault of the crew. Fishing is 90% luck and sometimes they just aren’t biting. Had an amazing time regardless just being on the spacious boat and enjoying everyone’s company. Highly recommend High Stakes to anyone and everyone, we will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing trip! I took the time to research for a first class captain and a very successful first mate, the crew of the High Sakes exceeded my expectations for our first family fishing adventure.
The seas were a little rough, while everyone else turned in,  the crew of High Stakes made a commitment, to ensure our first family off shore fishing trip was a success.
The boat is very well equipped, It’s interior accommodations are very clean and perfect for our family of 5.
I wouldn’t just tell you, I’d tell your friends, these guys can get you catching fish. Not only that, they will tell where to take it to have it prepared for you and even where to take it to have them keep it for you if you are going to be here a few days.
While we may not have had a record catching day, we made memories to last a life time, all thanks to the crew of “High Stakes”.

Our group of four decided to do a half day fishing trip with Jason and I’m so glad we did. Let me start out by saying, my husband has a reputation for being the bad luck charm when it comes to any fishing trip. We joked when we arrived that this was his luck and the captain took on the challenge of breaking it. They tried EVERYTHING to get some fish on the line and never gave up. They both stayed upbeat and accommodating throughout the entire trip and we ended the day with 2 (hard earned!) fish to keep. The boat ride was comfortable, the weather was great, and the company was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend booking a trip with Jason and crew and can say, without a doubt, they will do everything they possibly can to ensure you catch fish! Jason and Matt were awesome. Matt was the first mate and he was on his stuff it was amazing. Made the trip easy and enjoyable. Would recommend and would return to them for more charters. Also recommend the full day trip instead of the other options builds on the experience.

I highly recommend this boat, skipper and hand.  Captain Jason and his crew mate, Matt, were extremely skilled, professional and enjoyable to be with.  We caught a beautiful approximately 6.5 foot, sixty pound sailfish on the trip.
