Are you ready for an offshore fishing adventure? Are you ready to bend rods and catch fish?!? Then we have you covered!

Salty Fishing Charters, is dedicated to being the best at catching fish and Having a great time doing it!

You will be fishing aboard a comfortable 33’ World Cat catamaran. Catamarans provide the best ride in the Gulf chop. They provide an AMAZING ride to and from the fishing grounds due to their unique dual hull design that slices thru the water like a hot knife thru butter!  She is also over 10 feet wide, providing an extremely stable platform… our friends often call it the battleship! It is equipped with modern electronics and is fully-equipped to Coast Guard requirements. The boat’s T-Top provides tons of space to escape the sun and there is a toilet located in the forward cabin should the need arise.

Whether its your first time fishing or an experienced veteran, we cater to all experience levels! We have an amazing fishery in the gulf and we want to share it with you! Whether you want to bring home meat for dinner, or catch that "wow" factor fish for a great photo and memory, we can make it happen!

We provides everything you need for your day of fishing: high-quality equipment, bait, ice, bottled water, fuel, fishing licenses, and a great experience.
Just bring your favorite polarized glasses, a hat, sunscreen, and whatever food or drinks you’d like for the day!

We are happy to fillet your catch at the end of the day! He is also happy to point you towards one of our favorite local restaurants that can cook your fresh catch or share his favorite recipes for home cooked deliciousness!

    Are you looking for some fast paced action without spending all day on the water? This rod bending trip focuses on smaller fun sized fish on light tackle. These may include lane snapper, porgies, key west grunts and undersized grouper. We usually catch enough keepers on this trip to make some great fish tacos! We can share the recipe! These trips area great introduction to our offshore fishery, and great for young kids and families looking to bend a rod! We can fish up to 15 miles out on this trip.

We fish up to 40 miles offshore with our main focus on reef fish such as red grouper, lane snapper, vermillion snapper, mangrove snapper, porgy and other bottom dwellers. There is nothing like going toe to toe with an angry Red Grouper fighting to get back to its hole with you fighting it on the other end of the line! We call it the 10 ft tug of war... one will win, one will loose. which one will you be???

Born and raised in South Florida, I have always had an affinity for water and drawn to it. My most fond memories growing up all revolve around playing sports and having a rod in my hand. Form an early age, my excitement for fishing trips would keep me awake in anticipation of the next days adventure.. As I've grown older and maybe a little wiser, my passions have only grown. While we had lots of success, the days of little to no success would drive me crazy and pushed me to practice my craft and try to learn more and more. Fishing to me is not just a passion, it is a way of life. Plus, the views out of my office are pretty sweet. I traded in a job wearing a suit and tie to spend my days on the water, teaching and educating anglers. I often get told this is the biggest grouper, snapper, amberjack, etc etc Ive ever caught. This puts a genuine smile and grin on my face. It is something I strive to do, and take pride in doing regularly.

Our morning started off a little foggy ( quite literally with some patchy sea fog) but that didnt stop us from getting out and putting the smackdown on some fish! We caught a what would have been a limit of nice red groupers, a limit of american red snappers, some porgies, lanes, triggerfish, mangroves, sharks and a nice giant goliath grouper! This crew was eating good and had some sore arms! Although it was a day early, there was plenty to celebrate with fishing fireworks galore!
