It was my husband and first time deep sea fishing. Overall everything went went. We caught amberfish, barracuda x3, grouper. I am 3 month pregnant and haven’t had any nausea or vomiting during my pregnancy. On the boat it was extreme. I vomited 3 times and eventually we headed bad. My husband normally gets nauseted on boats, so that was his norm.  We still ended up on the water for our alloted time of 4hrs. Definitely, recommend taking any nausea medicine if possible before hand. We still had a great time and would recommend people going. The restaurant cooked some of the fish fresh too. It was awesome. Loved the experience.

We signed up for this trip because my 14yo is fishing obsessed, and to my surprise we all had a spectacular time, not just the kiddo!  The captain and first mate were great and got us to amazing spots to catch fish. We brought in a big tuna, barracuda, mackerel, mahi mahi, queen trigger fish, and a bunch of Bonitas during our 5 hour trip. The boat was snug with 4 passengers(and we knew what we signed up for) but we all fit and had a great time. Will 100% do it again with Nuj Kay- highly recommend them!

We did a 6 hour trip with Captain Hugo and First Mate Hecho. They were at the Marina to greet us, were transparent about finishing the payment, and we were off without any delay.

They were friendly and humorous, Hecho was incredible at keeping tackle in the water and well rotated, and we were offered drinks regularly.

We caught 2 barracuda, 3 bonito, 3 wahoo, 1 red snapper, and a sailfish.

Upon getting back to port, Hecho gave us a show feeding the excess bait to the seagulls. They then gave us cuts of fish we wanted and we had ceviche and tacos at the restaurant 50 yards from the marina.

Would recommend without any hesitation.

Captain Mauro and his crew are incredible! They were waiting for me as I arrived to the dock even though I was early, it was easy to communicate with the Captain. And I can’t tell you how hard these guys work, it was non stop for 8 hours! We had so much fun, learned new techniques and caught incredible fish. When we got back right on the dock captain filet em up to take back to my resort. We even had bonito sashimi that we caught right on the boat. His boat is clean with a restroom for privacy. He takes pride in his work. I will absolutely be back with friends to fish with his crew again. Thank you so much guys!

This was an awesome trip! We had done a charter booked at our resort and it was a horrible experience but because fishing was top of the list for my son, we didn’t want to leave Mexico without a better experience. Going off the reviews, we booked with Mauro and we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. 4 hour trip and we didn’t catch anything trolling for the first 2 hours. Switched to bottom fishing and caught a grouper. While the troll lines were out, my son reeled in a 54” wahoo and a 36” barracuda!! 25 minute battle with the wahoo was a dream come true for him! The guys were so helpful and excited for him! They said it was a trophy fish so we left it for them to enjoy! Awesome experience. Would recommend for sure!
