Chugach View Outfitters offers to take you on a fly fishing trip on the world-famous Kenai River. You’ll fish under the guidance of Captain Patrick McCormick, an Alaska native who’ll help you discover all the beauty and richness of the Kenai River. The captain has a vast knowledge of the area’s natural life and will do his best to provide a productive and fun day on the water. Join him in Cooper Landing and embark on your next fishing adventure!

You’ll fish from a 20’ Willies drift boat that can safely take up to 4 anglers.
On your trip, you can chase Rainbow Trout, Dolly Varden, and Coho Salmon. Captain Patrick offers half- and full-day trips. Half days include Prince William Sound smoked Salmon caught by the captain, while full days include shore lunch with reindeer sausage or Prince William Sound Salmon, also caught by the captain!

Kids are welcome to join aboard, so bring them along and spend a wonderful family day on the water. You can choose whether you’ll keep the fish you caught or release it. Also, keep in mind that smoking isn’t allowed during the trip.

All trips include gear such as waders, rods, and more. Captain Patrick also provides instruction and soft drinks. The only things left for you to bring are fishing licenses.
