4 the Weekend and its amicable crew welcome you to Fayetteville, Arkansas. Captain Clayton is a second-generation tournament fisherman and guide who loves to fish, teach, and guide people to where the fish live. No matter your experience you’re sure to a great time and catch some fish! The captain will be in control of the vessel, so anything that is legal to be out there on the water is fine with the crew.

The boat you’ll be using is a 21’ Ranger bass boat that can sit up to 3 anglers. It runs on a 225 HP Evinrude engine and uses modern GPS and fishfinder technology to quickly and safely take you to the fish. The boat also comes with a wireless trolling motor, an ice-box, a livewell, and even spearfishing gear.

Your freshwater trip will give you a great chance to catch many different Bass species as well as Alligator Gar and Carp. Thre’s a wide range of techniques you can use to reel them in – bottom fishing, spinning, jigging, and popping on light and heavy tackle, and even bow fishing and spearfishing. You can keep or release the fish you catch.

Capt. Clayton will supply all the fishing tackle, lures, snacks, drinks, and even lunch on certain trips. All you need to do is make sure you have your fishing licenses before coming aboard, but the captain can help you with that if you reach out. Kids are welcome to join in, so feel free to bring them as well.
