Captain Travis is a local to Chesapeake Beach and a very experienced light tackle angler. Captain Travis will do his best to make sure you have a memorable experience. This charter covers the inshore area of the Chesapeake Bay. And as a school teacher he has all the patience in the world for children and loves to run family trips.

You’ll be exploring the local waters on board the locally built 27’ Judge Yachts center console. She’s spacious enough to take on groups of up to 6 guests per trip. It also boasts the latest fish finding equipment too, so you know you’re in good hands.

Additionally, the charter covers your Maryland fishing license. You can bring your own snacks and water and, if you get lucky, you’ll get to keep your prized catch. What’s more, the crew will help you with the cleaning!

We use only the highest quality fishing rods and reels as well as tackle! No need to bring any gear on board. Just bring your food and drink. We have a iced cooler on board for your food/drink too!

Travis is a fully licensed fishing guide in Maryland. Additionally, he's a native of Southern Maryland and has been fishing these waters since he was a child. He's a full-time teacher, and has been teaching for over 20 years and enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay. His fishing adventures are focused on helping you become a better angler while enjoying a wonderful day with your friends and family on the Bay.
