BP’s Aggie Fishing and Hunting Guide Service offers over 25 years of experience fishing and hunting in the Texas Coastal Bend. It is our goal to make each fishing or hunting excursion an experience you will want to repeat. We are family friendly and encourage kids to experience fishing and hunting. As a dad of 4 I believe it is important to introduce the next generation to the wonders of God’s work, THE GREAT OUTDOORS!
A full day fishing trip will begin around 6 am (unless otherwise noted) and end around noon, or until we catch your limit, whichever comes first. We target redfish and speckled trout, and when in season, flounder and black drum. We provide live bait, rods & reels, life jackets and water. If you’re an experienced angler and enjoy artificials, bring them! If you enjoy wading, bring your gear, (boots, belt, bait bucket, stringer) we can drop you off and fish your group in the same area.
Capt. Brian operates a 23’ Haynie bay boat with a capacity for 6 passengers (4 adults max.) If your fishing trip has more than 4 adults, we off an airboat fishing trip as well. Call us to make the appropriate arrangements for a successful fishing trip.
Texas Parks and Wildlife require any person who takes or attempts to take fish, mussels, clams, crayfish or other aquatic life in the public waters of Texas must have a current Texas fishing license with the appropriate saltwater endorsement.
We strongly recommend polarized sunglasses, sunscreen, long sleeve uv/spf rated high performance fishing shirt and a hat. Children under 13 years of age must wear a personal flotation device. It is recommended that non-swimmers always wear a life jacket on the water. We offer water as a courtesy but if you would like to bring your own drinks, please feel free to do so. We also encourage you to bring your own food or snacks, but it is not required. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
