Bugeye Walleye Charters will take you on a quest for a wall-hanger Walleye! Captain Clarence Duley has over 30 years of experience in Lake Erie and Sheffield Lake. He’ll help you have an experience of a lifetime, as you hunt along the shores of Lake Erie, in the Lorain area. You’ll explore the area from the islands of Catawba to the west in spring, and, as the season goes, move on with Cleveland being the farthest east port in the fall.

Capt. Clarence will take you on a 22’ Lund Baron Magnum boat. This aluminum vessel accommodates up to 4 guests and she’s powered by a 300 HP Mercury engine. She features Lowrence navigational electronics and safety equipment. There’s only one life vest in kids’ size, so contact the captain if there’s going to be more kids on the boat.

You’ll go up to 15 miles offshore, where you’ll mostly troll for Walleye. You can keep the catch and the captain can clean it for you for a small fee. Don’t forget to bring your cooler for fillets!

The captain will cover your fishing equipment but there are some things you need to prepare in advance – your fishing license, snacks, and drinks.

Captain Clarence has been fishing for Walleyes ever since he was 8 years old. He was taught by his father and they spent days drift fishing in Lake Erie. This got him hooked and, 20 years later, it's still all about Walleye. Clarence is living the dream out there, being able to give people an unforgettable experience on the Great Lake. His first mate is his 14-year old daughter and they are both very good with kids.
