Captain Brian and mate Mike on the Flying Fish were absolutely awesome.  They did everything to put us on a fish for our kids and family.  We hooked a big yellowfin tuna and Brian and Mike did everything possible to help us land it successfully.  Mike even let our 15 year old sit on his knee while she fought the fish.  Our family loved the trip and made memories to last a lifetime.  Added bonus lots of tuna to fill our bellies.  Thanks again Captain for great trip!  I would definitely book another trip when we come back to Bonaire.

Brian was awesome. We had a huge group and from our initial conversation, Brian arranged everything and we were able to split the group up among a second boat. Both boats/crews were awesome and we talked about it for the remainder of the trip! Mike was fantastic with the younger boys we had on boath and was very patient with them. Caught some nice fish that turned into a wonderful meal later that week. Would highly recommend Brian and Mike.

We booked this trip for my Dad‘s birthday since he loves fishing and goes often, but the rest of us don’t fish much. We showed up before 6am, the boat was spotless and everything was ready to go.

We met Brian (Captain) and Mike and immediately set off to catch bait 30 minutes north. Brian and Mike explained everything clearly and were fluid in their work. They managed our varying skill levels excellently. Both of them are great guys and it’s comfortable and relaxed to spend the day with them.

After catching our bait, they set up 7 trolling rigs and we trolled the northwestern end of the island. We got lots of strikes and ultimately caught 3 decent sized Barracuda. They have definitely had better days catching fish, but our lack of success wasn’t due to Brian and Mikes lack of trying. Brian navigated us through multiple of their normally successful spots and we kept getting good strikes that just didn’t get hooked. They didn’t hold back when it came to expenses (they drove us all over the island working for us to catch fish). Brian meanwhile was switching our lures and bait on the many rigs and is very practiced in what he does. At the end we even tried our luck bottom fishing, they pushed it until the very last minute trying to improve our catch and hauled it back to the dock to make it back by noon. On the way back we ate the sandwiches chips watermelon and drinks they made.

Upon return Mike cut our fish into filets and we were on our way.

All in all, a great fishing trip with an excellent crew! Even without catching a ton of fish (which is never a guarantee) we would definitely book with them again! Book with them and don’t forget to tip!

Everything was as promissed, we had a great day, caught plenty of fish. Boat was amazing and the Captain was very experianced and got us on fish right away. No hesitation to book them again.
